There's a Cinsault revolution going on in South Africa and this wine is certainly helping to push the agenda. It has received top scores from global critics and on the radar of many wine bods.
This is such good fun. We like this wine a lot. It challenges the idea that South African reds are always big, bold, and powerful. This is light, cherry forward, fresh, soft, and fruity wine. But, it has class, minerality, and a wet stone underbelly which makes it so approachable. It's in our top 10 in the range. Just delicious, and unbeatable with charcuterie!
Our tip... chill this one a tad before serving. At about 10-14 degrees this one is so good.
