The wine exhibits the delicate underbrush aromas of Itata’s wild grass, red fruits and a little bit of cassis. It’s fresh and delicate, marked by fine grained tannins that give a very unique structure and creates a long lingering ending with a distinctive mineral character due to the volcanic soils where the old vines thrive. Hand harvested, concrete ferment, and indigenous yeast fermentation.
The grapes are sourced from organic bush vine vineyards situated on unique volcanic and granite based soils in the Itata valley.
The wines are made by Leonardo Erazo as part of the A Los Viñateros Bravos
