This is great modern wine project, and for the explorers! It's a Valencia Rosé made from the almost extinct indigenous black skinned grape, Mando. Attractive pale pink in colour, with citrus and minerality. It's light, fresh, there's also a spattering of delicate Mediterranean herbs on the nose. Very pure and delicious with Paella, pasta, or grilled prawns. It's worth the money, and is a delightful alternative to more common French rosé wines if you're fancying something a bit different!
