Made up of 5 varieties which are traditionally seen in classic Bordeaux-blends, and now extensively used across South Africa to make premium reds. Powerful, but not bolshy, this wine is fairly typical of a Bordeaux blend Saffa red, good structure, fleshy ripe fruit, fig flavours, earthy, savoury, and with touches of oak and damp forest hints. Very poised and succulent. Will delight any red wine fan who likes a bit more punch and refinement than the average bottle. The ultimate steak wine!
