Michel Raynaud, 'Clos Combe Long', Corbières AOC, 2015, Languedoc-Rousillon, France

£7.99 £9.99

A modern fresh style of Corbières. Almost purple in colour, rich fruit, and really good acidity. No oak treatment for purity of fruit. Satisfying, clean, and very well made.

The Clos Combe Long is made from old vine carignan and grenache planted on the limestone terraces that make up this 12 ha vineyard. The wine is  a blend of 70% Carignan and 30% Grenache. The wine is aged in tank and is unaoked to allow for more fruit forward approach.
