It's still early days for Cyprus wine here in the UK, but it's been made on the island since the ancient Phoenician times (maybe even before that). We love discovering new wines from old places, and this one is a great find.
An aromatic white wine with citrus fruit flavours, lychee and vanilla aromas. A medium-body with a touch of viscosity and a smooth mouthfeel. Long finish. A very good wine that's prefect with baked fish, olives, herby roasted dishes or potatoes.
