An exceptional quality tawny port made form a blend of wines with a 10 year average age. Lovely light tawny colour with hints of dried fruit, figs, hazelnut, toast, and dark fruit. Complex, satisfying, and effortlessly balanced with a caramel-esque finish.
Grahams' was founded in 1820 by brothers William and John Graham's. They started out as textile traders on the Portuguese coast, but after receiving payment for a debt from a customer in port barrels, decided to switch to port production realising the potential. We're very glad they did! The house itself is one of the last true independent Port producers and sits in the top bracket of prestige (alongside Fonseca, Taylor's, Noval, and Warre's et al).
