Sublime Rosé. Beautiful pale colour. First aroma hints of lavender, honey, and red berries. The palate is clean, velvety, with hints of herbs, and deliciously dry. The finish is long, fruity and elegant. Full of elegance and class. This is an outstanding Provence rosé and something to savour.
The wines produced at La Mascaronne are all within the Côtes de Provence appellation and organic viticultural practices are employed. The sloping vineyards of La Mascaronne extend to 60 hectares and lie in the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation, in the hills above the medieval village of Le Luc. There are known to have produce some of the finest red and rosé wines in the region.
Tom Bove, General Manager of La Mascaronne since 1999, has long been recognised as an innovative wine maker. He also managed Chateau Miraval until it was sold in 2012.
