A lovely sparkling rosé wine from Wales! A little richer in colour than other styles, with ample strawberry and summer berry fruit aromas. It's honied, and has a lovely brioche toasty aroma too from the 2-3 years lees ageing. Great acidity, refreshing, and superb with all kinds of desserts, nibbles, and canapes.
Fermented in stainless steel and concrete with an élevage of over 12 months for the base wine. It's the 2013 vintage which is drinking beautifully now, it won't last much longer but really worth it this year!
