Armenia, like Georgia, is kind of the cradle of human wine culture. We have evidence to suggest wine has been made in the region for over 8,000 years... possibly longer. And despite the country only being a niche producer for now, we are expecting quality wine export to increase in the future.

As with many Caucasus and Black Sea nations, the lack of investment and technology has caused the industry in recent decades to suffer, but the twentieth century has brought promise, opportunity, and younger brave minds willing to take up the challenge to make the most of their world class lands.
